Hi! I have been using the lift standing desk from https://www.progressivedesk.ca/collections/standing-desk for a few months now and I must say that it has really changed the way I work. My back pain and fatigue have become less frequent and I have noticed an improvement in my overall well-being. However, it is worth noting that it is not only the desk itself that is important, but also the proper organization of the workspace. As for the questions whether such desks can be used at home - definitely yes. In fact, such desks are quite versatile. At first I thought that it would be inconvenient for home use, but it turned out to be very practical. It easily fits into different rooms, be it a living room or even a bedroom. I have the desk in the corner of the living room and I can work perfectly standing or sitting when I need to. It is really convenient, especially if you sit for a long time at work and do not want to feel discomfort. However, it is important to remember that simply having a desk with height adjustment is not enough. The convenience of working while standing also depends on other factors. For example, it is very important to adjust the desk to the correct height. I had problems at first because I didn't set the height correctly and my arms started to get tired. After about a week I realized that I needed to raise the table a little higher so that my elbows were at a right angle. It became much more comfortable then.

Hi! I have also recently started thinking about such desks. After long days at the computer, I noticed how much my back suffers, especially in the lower part. Although I have not yet decided to buy one, I think that a desk with height adjustment is definitely a necessary thing for anyone who spends a lot of time at a desk. Being in a standing position can probably feel much better than sitting all day, especially if you have the opportunity to combine working positions.
